Delight your customers now, not 12 months later
XY exists to let brands simplify their tech, so they can delight their customers faster and more often. We built one system for global retail to make that possible.

One system
POS, OMS, clienteling and central operations on one live record
500+ stores
Giorgio Armani, live globally on XY
60 days
Boggi Milano, 140 stores across 8 countries
Retail isn't broken. It's fragmented.
Our founders spent their careers building enterprise systems for Fortune 100 to 500 companies. Puneet Arora was CTO of TIBCO. We kept seeing the same thing in retail: aging technology, long rollouts and a parade of bolt-on tools that never quite delivered.
Every brand runs a POS, an OMS, a CRM, clienteling, an ERP and more, each bought to solve one problem. Each one keeps its own copy of the customer, the product and the stock. The business spends its energy keeping them in agreement instead of serving customers.

Ten apps need 45 connections to talk to each other.
Every new tool adds more seams, more lag and more places for data to disagree. Patching them one at a time can't fix it.
One system for your global business. All the data in one place.
We didn't set out to build another POS. We set out to build the foundation for retail's next decade, so a brand selling in one country or forty runs on the same live view of its customers, products and stock.
“There is no real way to get any benefit from incremental improvement. A fully integrated platform is the only known approach that works.”

Built from the data up
Every XY app reads and writes through one graph data layer. A sale, a return or a price change is the same fact everywhere, the moment it happens.
Connected by construction
POS, OMS, clienteling, inventory, pricing and promotions share one record. Nothing to sync, so nothing drifts out of step.
Started where it hurts
One system is the destination, not a big-bang project. Most brands start with POS or OMS, prove it in weeks, then switch on more as they grow.
Proven with brands that can't afford to get it wrong
Each customer tested the thesis harder than the last.
Isaia
The first proof
The Neapolitan tailoring house runs its entire direct-to-consumer business on XY. It showed one platform could carry a whole brand.
Giorgio Armani
Proven over Christmas
Armani chose XY over Oracle, Cegid and Salesforce after a six-week pilot at the Armani Exchange flagship in Milan, run beside the legacy POS through the Christmas peak. Today XY runs 500+ Armani stores.

Land, then expand
Started with POS to solve one problem in stores, then expanded into operations and e-commerce order management on the same platform.
Built on a graph, so it's ready for AI
AI agents work best when the business is one connected map of customers, products, stores and orders, like pages and links on the web. That's how XY stores data. Bolt-on AI over a dozen separate systems can only see fragments.
RUBI
LiveAsk questions of the whole business in plain language, from Claude, ChatGPT or your own tools, with access rules that follow each user.
MetrYX
LiveGoverned metric definitions for AI, so every answer about sales, margin or stock uses the same numbers.
Semantic product search
BetaStore teams and customers find products by what they mean, not the exact words in the catalog.
CodYX
PreviewGenerates, tests and deploys code across every layer of the platform, built on the Claude coding agent.
From an annual bet to a continuous cycle
Retail commits its capital once a year, then lives with that bet for 12 months. With all the data in one place, those decisions can be revisited every week.
$1.77 trillion
lost to inventory distortion each year, according to IHL Group
Open to buy
Adjust budgets as demand shows up, not at the next planning cycle.
Inventory
Move stock to where it sells, across stores, countries and channels.
Markdown
Price on live sell-through instead of a fixed season calendar.
Carry over and outlets
Decide what to carry, clear or reroute while it still has value.
